Transparency

What does Transparency?

The principle of Transparency is set out in Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR and requires that personal data be processed in a comprehensible manner. Further characteristics of the law can be found, for example, in the Duty to inform in accordance with Art. 13, 14 GDPR and in the Right to information according to Art. 15 GDPR.

Practical example

With the Processing of data, the company takes into account the principle of Transparencyby collecting only necessary data and providing transparent information about its use.
