For the launch of Ailance™, we asked ourselves the question: How can we break new ground in pricing? This question gave rise to a pay-per-use approach that uses a clever credit system to ensure that you receive the most suitable and therefore most cost-effective solution for your specific needs. The problem so far:

Companies pay for solutions that they neither need nor want to this extent

So why do they even get involved, you might ask. The answer is quite simple: because there are hardly any alternatives. As a rule, solutions such as data protection management software are offered in a package at a fixed price. As a result, well-known providers annoy many users due to the high prices. 

We'll be honest: we at 2B Advice have also relied on this 'typical' pricing model in the past. 

But we have listened to our customers and interested parties and understood that this type of pricing is anything but optimal - for everyone involved. 

With the launch of our integrated risk management platform Ailance™, we have also introduced a completely new pricing system - based on the pay-per-use approach. 

This means that we not only set standards in terms of transparency, but can also proudly claim to be up to 50% cheaper than well-known competitors.

The linchpin: the credits

Credits are what make the pay-per-use model possible and ensure that you as a prospective customer do not have to resort to a package that is actually far too extensive and therefore too expensive for you. 

The Ailance™ pricing model explained

What counts as credit here?

  • Credits are used for all data records that are entered or added to your Ailance subscription, such as users, additional customers. Workflows or e.g. processing.
  • This means that the more users, workflows and processes you process in Ailance RoPA, the more credits you will need.

How do I get credits?

  • There are various packages to choose from, which differ primarily in terms of the credits included and the costs for additional credits. 
  • In the 'Premium' package, which has been used most frequently to date, you have a total of 600 free credits. That means: 600 users, clients, processes and workflows.
  • For €599.90/month.
  • In this case, an additional credit costs €1.25.

How do I choose the right package?

  • You can now clearly determine which package is best for you. If your organization continues to grow and your need for monthly users and processing increases, at a certain point the Professional package with 1,500 credits included will be better for you. 
  • Of course, you can also easily switch between the packages. The following always applies: you use the package that is neither too small nor too large for you - but really fits.
