Right to information

What does Right to information?

According to Art. 15 para. 1 GDPR have Affected parties the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not the data subject personal data are processed. If this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to certain additional information (Art. 15 para. 1 lit. a) to h) GDPR).

Practical example

One affected Person makes use of their Right to information and contacts the person responsible, who will take the appropriate steps.
