What does Physical Access Control?

Under Physical Access Control is understood to mean technical and organizational or methodical measures that are suitable for preventing unauthorized persons from gaining access to data processing systems with which personal data processed or used (Annex to Section 9 sentence 1 BDSG-old; TOM).

Practical example

One company uses Physical Access Control to personal data through Technical and organizational measures from unauthorized access.
