What does Technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen?

Art. 32 para. 1 GDPR demands appropriate Technical and organizational measures (TOM) zur Gewährleistung eines angemessenen Schutzniveaus. Diese Maßnahmen sollen ggf. Folgendes einschließen:

– die Pseudonymization and Verschlüsselung personal data

– die Fähigkeit, die Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability and resilience of the systems and services in connection with the Processing ensure in the long term

– die Fähigkeit, die Availability restore personal data and access to it quickly in the event of a physical or technical incident

- a procedure for regularly reviewing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the TOM to ensure the safety of the Processing.
