TOM

Art. 32 para. 1 GDPR demands appropriate Technical and organizational measures (TOM) to ensure an adequate level of protection. These measures should include the following, where applicable:

- the Pseudonymization and Encryption personal data

- the ability to Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability and resilience of the systems and services in connection with the Processing ensure in the long term

- the ability to Availability restore personal data and access to it quickly in the event of a physical or technical incident

- a procedure for regularly reviewing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the TOM to ensure the safety of the Processing.
