Deletion

What does Deletion?

Affected parties Individuals have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay where one of the grounds set out in Art. 17 (1) GDPR applies. GDPR applies (including loss of purpose or Revocation one Consent) and no exception, e.g. pursuant to Art. 17 para. 3 GDPRis present. Deletion is carried out by completely removing the data in question, for example by destroying the data carrier on which it is stored or by removing the entries from the database in which it is stored. A mere blocking or "reservation for Deletion" is not sufficient here. Instead of the Deletion under certain circumstances a Anonymization of the data.

Practical example

One affected Person exercises their right to Deletion and contacts the person responsible, who will take the appropriate steps.
