2B Advice is pleased to announce the release of version 7.6 of its data protection management software, 2B Advice PrIME. All SaaS users can look forward to the new features starting December 15. For all Enterprise license users who host their own 2B Advice PrIME system, the update will be available for download on the 2B Advice PrIME Portal starting December 15.
GENERAL
1. Language support expanded
2B Advice PrIME now also supports the following languages:

Workflow templates are now also available in German.
2. Compliance with retention periods

You can find a template for creating a professional PowerPoint presentation on the 2B Advice PrIME portal. Of course, you can customize this template or provide your own.
7. Hiding the "Explanations" tab during processing
As part of the introduction of Cookie Consent, the Privacy Statement Generator and Management, and Consent Management, a new tab titled “Declarations” has been added to the “Processing” module. The administrator can now hide this new tab if these features are not being used. We would also like to take this opportunity to announce that there will soon be a standalone Cookie Consent application and a whistleblower application that can be used independently of 2B Advice PrIME.

Our online exams are a widely used tool for conducting exams and assessments and for easily collecting important information.

Exams in 2B Advice PrIME may contain questions that depend on another question. They can only be answered if a specific answer is selected for that question. Otherwise, they remain locked. To allow users to complete an online exam more efficiently, such locked questions can be skipped. This can now be configured accordingly in every online exam template. Dependent questions that are not active will then not be displayed in the detail view of the online questionnaire.
2. Online Exams
When external users were editing the form, clicking "Exit" could sometimes accidentally close the online exam. To prevent this behavior, it is now possible to hide the "Exit" button or display an additional warning.
COOKIE CONSENT
1. Support for Google Consent Mode
Google Consent Mode allows website operators to customize the behavior of Google tags and scripts based on visitor consent. Google Consent Mode is now also supported by our Cookie Consent solution. To simplify the implementation of Google Consent Mode, a template is available in the publicly accessible Tag Manager Template Gallery.
