What does Fire Suppression Plan?

In accordance with Art. 5 para. 1 lit. E) GDPR must personal data are stored in a form which permits the identification of data subjects only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. In practice, this means that for each Processing and for each category of data, any retention obligations or rights, the corresponding Legal basis and a deletion time must also be specified. Such a Fire Suppression Plan serves not only to comply with the principle of storage limits, but ultimately also to ensure accountability.

Practical example

Personal data are recognized in accordance with the statutory Fire Suppression Plan and duly deleted after expiry of the deadline.
