What does Order processing?

In Art. 4 No. 8 GDPR The term "processor" is defined as a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which personal data processed on behalf of the controller. Unfortunately, however, there is no explicit reference in the legal text as to when or in which constellations a Order processing is available.

Practical example

If a company commissions an external service provider with data processing, this service provider is referred to as the Order processing and a corresponding contract is concluded.
