Order control

What does Order control?

Under Order control is understood to mean measures that ensure that personal datawhich are processed on behalf of the client can only be processed in accordance with the client's instructions (Annex to Section 9 sentence 1 BDSG-old).

Practical example

If a company commissions an external service provider with data processing, this service provider is referred to as the Order control and a corresponding contract is concluded.
