Budget exception

What does Budget exception?

The so-called Budget exception can be found in Art. 2 para. 2 lit. C) GDPR and states that the provisions of data protection law do not apply to such processing that is carried out by natural persons for the exercise of exclusively personal or family activities.

Practical example

With the Processing of data, the company takes into account the principle of Budget exceptionby collecting only necessary data and providing transparent information about its use.
