What does Blacklist?

One Blacklist (blacklist), also referred to as a mandatory or positive list, contains those processing operations that are associated with a high risk of Affected parties and therefore require the implementation of a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DSFA). They are required by the supervisory authorities or by the Data protection conference (DSK) and published (Art. 35 para. 4 GDPR).
