What does Art Copyright Act ?

The KUG or KunstUhG came into force on January 9, 1907 and was largely repealed on January 1, 1966. Only the part that deals with the protection of portraits, i.e. of Photosconcerns (so-called Right to one's own image), specifically Sections 22 and 23 of the KUG. Otherwise, copyright law is now governed by the UrhG.
