Art Copyright Act

What does Art Copyright Act ?

The KUG or KunstUhG came into force on January 9, 1907 and was largely repealed on January 1, 1966. Only the part that deals with the protection of portraits, i.e. of Photosconcerns (so-called Right to one's own image), in particular §§ 22, 23 KUG. Copyright law is otherwise regulated in the UrhG.
