General Data Protection Regulation

What does General Data Protection Regulation?

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing on the free movement of personal data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) came into force on April 27, 2016 and has been applicable since May 28, 2018 following a two-year transition phase.
