What does Necessity?

The Necessity describes the relationship between the means used and the intended purpose. The means is necessary if it is suitable for achieving the purpose and represents the mildest of the available, equally suitable means for achieving the intended purpose.

Practical example

With the Processing of data, the company takes into account the principle of Necessityby collecting only necessary data and providing transparent information about its use.
