Complaint

What does Complaint?

Everyone Affected parties without prejudice to any other legal remedy, has the right to Complaint with a Supervisory authorityif he is of the opinion that the Processing of the personal data concerning him or her against the GDPR violates (Art. 77 para. 1 GDPR).

Practical example

One affected Person exercises their right to Complaint and contacts the person responsible, who will take the appropriate steps.
