What does Standard contractual clauses?

With the Standard contractual clauses (standard contractual clauses) is a model contract adopted by the European Commission. It allows European data protection standards to be contractually agreed between data exporters and importers based in the EU or EEA and domiciled in third countries.

Practical example

In order to transfer data to third countries, a company concludes Standard contractual clauses with the foreign service provider.
