Risk/risk analysis

What does Risk/risk analysis?

In the area of data protection, the term "risk" describes the potential occurrence of a breach of the protection of personal data (Art. 4 No. 12 GDPR), i.e. a Data breach. It is therefore necessary to identify and classify potential risks for each individual data processing operation as part of a threshold analysis and to plan appropriate countermeasures.

Practical example

Before a new system is introduced, the company creates a Risk/risk analysisto identify and minimize potential data protection risks.
