Your role

As an Application Support Engineer (m/f/d), you will provide our customers with technical support when using the Ailance platform and ensure a high quality of service. You will analyze support requests, reproduce errors, identify causes and coordinate sustainable solutions together with development and product management. The aim of the role is to ensure stable use of the platform and to provide our customers with fast, professional and technically sound support.

Your tasks

Processing and analyzing technical support requests from our customers via tickets, e-mail and telephone.
Analysis, prioritization and tracking of incidents, service requests and problem cases.
Recreation and analysis of errors within the Ailance platform.
Analysis of log files, system configurations and database entries to identify causes.
Supporting our customers in configuring and using the platform.
Collaboration with development and product management to solve complex technical problems.

Documentation of error analyses, workarounds and solutions in the knowledge database.

Support with system tests, release validations and platform updates.
Participation in the continuous improvement of support processes and service quality.

Your profile

Technical background, ideally a degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
Experience in application support, technical support or 2nd level support of software platforms.
Experience with enterprise platforms or workflow systems is an advantage, for example ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, workflow or low-code platforms.
Knowledge of SQL and databases.
Knowledge of Windows systems.
Knowledge of web servers or web technologies is an advantage.
Experience with ticket or incident management systems is an advantage.
Analytical thinking and structured problem analysis.
Strong service orientation and communication skills.
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
