2B Advice is pleased to announce the release of version 7.5 of its data protection management software 2B Advice PrIME. The latest version includes many new features and extends several functions that were introduced in 2B Advice PrIME earlier this year.

Cookie CONSENT Manager & COOKIE Banner Generator - ADVANCED FUNCTIONS

2B Advice PrIME automatically generates and publishes a privacy-compliant cookie banner based on the cookies embedded on your website. Cookiesidentified by the Website Analyzer. Web or app users are able to freely create a clear and confirming Consent to give your consent. To support the latest cookie consent requirements, we have extended the following options:

• Additional buttons on the banner to fulfill requirements such as an "All (Cookies)" or to support only necessary Cookies to be used.
• Other banner formats for buttons, categories and cookie details
• API for Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks
• Support for Google Consent Mode

Consent Manager - ADVANCED FUNCTIONS

2B Advice PrIME supports consent and preference management with "webhooks" to facilitate consent lifecycle management across existing marketing, sales and IT technologies. Newly added features include double opt-in.

FORMS FOR REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION

The 2B Advice PrIME forms for stakeholder inquiries work hand in hand with our ticketing and communication systems to ensure the Data protection Complianceto ensure verifiable tracking and a timely response to each stakeholder request. We have added new CMS form templates that include dropdown options and the ability to pass hidden fields such as customer ID.

OTHER NEW FUNCTIONS

Several new features enhance 2B Advice PrIME's robust data protection capabilities and reporting, including data protection catalogs, risk assessments and workflows.

REPORTING - CREATE REPORTS VIA MICROSOFT POWERPOINT

The 2B Advice PrIME reporting engine now supports the creation of reports in PowerPoint in addition to Word and Excel.

REST API - IMPROVEMENTS

Several new functions have been added to the 2B Advice PrIME REST API:

• Creating, reading, updating and deleting ticket entries, communication history and notes
• REST API endpoint URLs are available in the options panel.

online checks in the Personal Privacy Portal (PPP)

Online checks are now accessible via the Personal Privacy Portal dashboard. In this way, every user has an overview of the checks and their status for which they have permissions (available from the network license).

The additional features that have been added to the checks include

• Single and multiple comments
• Comments with history, user name and date

QUESTIONNAIRE - EXTENDED FUNCTIONS

2B Advice has extended its robust question catalogs with configurable dependencies for one or more questions. They also offer new calculation operators for sum, average, minimum, maximum and product/multiplier.

AUTOMATED workflows - ADVANCED FUNCTIONS

Enhanced workflow features include multi-step workflows and automation. New workflow configuration options now include the creation of new checks, flow control and notifications.

OPENID CONNECT SUPPORT (SELF-HOSTED VERSION ONLY)

The self-hosted version of 2B Advice PrIME now supports authentication by an external identity provider via the OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocol, which enables single sign-on authentication.
