2B Advice is pleased to announce the release of version 7.5 of its data protection and management software, 2B Advice PrIME. The latest version includes many new features and enhances several features that were introduced in 2B Advice PrIME earlier this year.

2B Advice PrIME 7.5 enhances the capabilities of the Marketing-Compliance-Management tools from 2B Advice PrIME, which provide marketing professionals, web developers, and legal experts with a data protection interface that allows them to manage consents, privacy notices and policies, as well as ePrivacy-compliant cookie banners, and Rights of data subjects and will be able to handle requests without any problems.

Cookie CONSENT Manager & COOKIE Banner Generator - ADVANCED FUNCTIONS

2B Advice PrIME automatically generates and publishes a privacy-compliant cookie banner based on the cookies embedded on your website. Cookiesidentified by the Website Analyzer. Web or app users are able to freely create a clear and confirming Consent to provide. To meet the latest requirements for cookies—Consent To support this, we have expanded the following options:

• Additional buttons on the banner to fulfill requirements such as an "All (Cookies)" or to support only necessary Cookies to be used.
• Additional banner formats for buttons, categories, and cookie details
• API for Single-Page Application (SPA) Frameworks
• Support for Google Consent Mode

Consent Manager – ADVANCED FEATURES

2B Advice PrIME supports consent and preference management using “webhooks” to manage the consent lifecycle through existing Marketing—across sales and IT technologies. Among the newly added features is double opt-in.

FORMS FOR DATA SUBJECT REQUESTS

The 2B Advice PrIME forms for stakeholder inquiries work hand in hand with our ticketing and communication systems to ensure the Data protection Complianceto ensure verifiable tracking and a timely response to each stakeholder request. We have added new CMS form templates that include dropdown options and the ability to pass hidden fields such as customer ID.

OTHER NEW FUNCTIONS

Several new features enhance 2B Advice PrIME's robust data protection capabilities and reporting, including data protection catalogs, risk assessments, and workflows.

REPORTING – CREATING REPORTS USING MICROSOFT POWERPOINT

In addition to Word and Excel, the 2B Advice PrIME reporting engine now also supports the creation of reports in PowerPoint.

REST API – IMPROVEMENTS

Several new features have been added to the 2B Advice PrIME REST API:

• Operations for creating, viewing, updating, and deleting ticket entries, communication history, and notes
• REST API endpoint URLs are available in the Options panel.

ONLINE EXAMS IN THE PERSONAL PRIVACY PORTAL (PPP)

Online exams are now accessible via the Personal Privacy Portal dashboard. This allows each user to view the exams and their status for which they have permissions (Available with the network license).

Additional features that have been added to the tests include

• Single and multiple comments
• Comments with history, user name and date

QUESTIONNAIRE – ADVANCED FEATURES

2B Advice has expanded its robust question sets to include configurable dependencies for one or more questions. It also offers new calculation operators for sum, average, minimum, maximum, and product/multiplier.

AUTOMATED WORKFLOWS – ADVANCED FEATURES

Advanced workflow features include multi-step workflows and automation. New workflow configuration options now include the creation of new checks, flow control, and notifications.

OPENID CONNECT SUPPORT (SELF-HOSTED VERSION ONLY)

The self-hosted version of 2B Advice PrIME now supports authentication through an external identity provider using the OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocol, which enables single sign-on authentication.
