At the same time, you will use our data protection and compliance platform Ailance™ (RoPA & AI Governance) and contribute to the further development of modern, AI-supported data protection and compliance processes. This allows you to combine consulting practice with innovative technology.

Your responsibilities as a Junior Data Protection Consultant

As a Junior Data Protection Consultant, you will support our clients in all matters relating to GDPR, digital rights, Compliance, AI regulation, and information security. From the outset, you will work closely with lawyers, IT specialists, and consultants and will be gradually introduced to independently managing client accounts. At the same time, you will use our data protection and compliance platform Ailance™ (RoPA & AI Governance) and contribute to the further development of modern, AI-supported data protection and compliance processes.

You advise our clients on data protection, digital law, Compliance, AI regulation, and information security.
You maintain and develop processing directories (VVT) using Ailance™ RoPA.
You review and comment on data processing agreements (DPA).
You process inquiries from affected persons (e.g., requests for information, Deletion, Contradiction).
You assess data protection incidents and advise on reporting data breaches to authorities.
You create and maintain data protection guidelines, process descriptions, privacy statements, TOMs, and other compliance documents.
You will assist in setting up and developing data protection and compliance organizations for our customers.
You conduct data protection audits remotely and on site (across Europe or worldwide).
  • Data protection impact assessments (DPIA)
  • Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments (FRIA) for AI projects

You will gradually take on your own mandates—starting with smaller clients and progressing to more complex, long-term client relationships.

You will contribute to the further development of our Ailance™ platform by:
  • uses the RoPA and AI Governance modules,
  • Identify use cases for automation,
  • provide practical data for further development,
  • Test new features and provide feedback to the product and AI team.

What you bring to the role of Junior Data Protection Consultant

You don't have to be a senior expert yet—what's more important is that you have a professional interest, analytical thinking, and a desire to take on responsibility.

A completed degree (e.g., law, business law, business administration, computer science) or initial practical experience in the field of data protection/compliance
interest in GDPR, digital law, Compliance, AI regulation and information security
Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital tools, automation, and AI
Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment of structuring complex issues
Organizational skills and initial experience in project or process management
Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as the ability to work in a team
Proactive, meticulous approach to work and willingness to take on responsibility
Enjoy learning from a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, IT specialists, and experienced consultants
