You are the first voice of our company for potential new customers and lay the foundation for our business success. Your ideas, your approach and your performance directly influence our growth and our success in the market.

Your impact

More than just lead generation

Your work creates direct added value. You are responsible for generating qualified business opportunities and independently develop customized approaches for acquiring new customers. You actively support our sales processes and noticeably improve our performance by tapping into new customer potential and actively shaping our growth.

Steep learning curve

Your springboard into B2B sales

With us, you will gain extensive insights into the complex and future-oriented field of data protection and compliance. You will learn from experienced colleagues from sales, consulting and product management and build up a sound, versatile skillset in SaaS sales. This knowledge, combined with systematic sales development, forms the perfect basis for your future career - whether as an Account Executive, Sales Manager or in Customer Success.

Your role

As an SDR, you are the first point of contact with potential new customers and are responsible for generating qualified leads.

Your core tasks include:

Research and identification of potential corporate customers via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant sources.
Development and maintenance of target customer lists in cooperation with the Sales Operations team.
Proactive approach of decision-makers (data protection officers, compliance managers, CISOs) via telephone, e-mail and LinkedIn.
Implementation of multi-stage outbound campaigns to generate interest and qualify contacts.
Ensuring clean and up-to-date data maintenance in our CRM system (Pipedrive).
Work closely with the sales team (Account Executives) to coordinate appointments for product demos and initial meetings.

Your profile:

Initial experience in sales or lead generation (ideally in the software/SaaS sector).
Strong communication skills, especially in telephone canvassing and written correspondence.
Confident in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive).
Structured and independent way of working as well as a high degree of self-motivation.
Very good knowledge of German (native speaker level) and good knowledge of English.
