At Ailance, you'll work on a scalable SaaS platform that offers customers flexibility for various Compliance-Use use cases.

Your tasks

You analyze technical requirements in customer workshops and translate them into feasible solution concepts on the Ailance platform.
You configure digital solutions, data structures, workflows, roles, authorizations and automations.
You will accompany implementation projects from the requirements analysis through conception, configuration and testing to go-live.
You support migrations from existing solutions or manual processes to the Ailance platform.
You create specifications, documentation, test concepts and practical implementation guidelines.
You conduct training courses for key users, specialist departments and administrators.
You will work closely with Consulting, Product Management and Software Development to translate recurring customer requirements into scalable product improvements.
You'll help customers use Ailance to create efficient and robust Compliance-to establish processes.

Your profile

Technical background, ideally a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
You have experience in the introduction, configuration or further development of enterprise software, SaaS solutions or platforms in customer projects.
Ideally, you come from an environment such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, GRC, BPM, ECM, IRM or a comparable platform world.
You can record requirements in a structured way, translate them into processes and implement them cleanly in a software solution.
You understand how to bring together configuration, data logic, workflows, tests and the user's perspective.
You have a confident manner with customers and can explain complex issues clearly.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You have a very good command of German and English.

Advantageous

Experience in the following areas Compliance, data protection, information security, risk management or AI governance.

Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.

Experience in migration or transformation projects.

Understanding of regulatory business processes in larger organizations.
