Selon elle, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral met en danger la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'information et la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 en Allemagne.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1f3a70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e1f3a70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\"La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'information et la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 de toutes les parties prenantes sont menac\u00e9es\".<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72de91a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"72de91a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Comme le rapporte le Tagesspiegel, le rapport de la Cour f\u00e9d\u00e9rale des comptes a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis \u00e0 la commission budg\u00e9taire et \u00e0 la commission des affaires int\u00e9rieures du Bundestag. Les auditeurs critiquent le fait que le projet de loi \u00e9labor\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l'Int\u00e9rieur et adopt\u00e9 fin juillet par le cabinet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pour la mise en \u0153uvre de la directive sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux et de l'information (NIS-2) reste en de\u00e7\u00e0 des objectifs qu'il s'est lui-m\u00eame fix\u00e9s sur des points centraux, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s de multiples concertations entre les diff\u00e9rents minist\u00e8res.<\/p><p>\"Des r\u00e9glementations importantes ne doivent pas \u00eatre contraignantes de mani\u00e8re uniforme pour l'ensemble de l'administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. Il en r\u00e9sulterait un 'patchwork' qui pourrait mettre en danger la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'information et la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 de toutes les parties concern\u00e9es\", \u00e9crit la Cour des comptes f\u00e9d\u00e9rale dans son rapport sur la mise en \u0153uvre de la NIS-2.<\/p><p>Dans son rapport, l'autorit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le supr\u00eame allemande demande que le projet de loi soit am\u00e9lior\u00e9 au cours de la proc\u00e9dure parlementaire. Il faudrait notamment<\/p><ul><li>limiter les exceptions aux exigences centrales en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'information et de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 ; et<\/li><li>le coordinateur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'information devrait se voir confier des t\u00e2ches et des pouvoirs appropri\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul><p>Les besoins des autorit\u00e9s f\u00e9d\u00e9rales en mati\u00e8re de ressources budg\u00e9taires suppl\u00e9mentaires doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre examin\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re critique.<\/p><p><strong>Conseil de lecture :<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/2b-advice.com\/fr\/2024\/09\/06\/nis-2-directive-entreprise-examen-dimpact\/\">Directive NIS 2 - ces entreprises sont concern\u00e9es<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2a6eee elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e2a6eee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La loi de transposition NIS-2 arrive en retard<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ada9d27 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ada9d27\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Au plus tard le 18 octobre 2024, la directive NIS-2 devrait normalement \u00eatre transpos\u00e9e dans les l\u00e9gislations nationales des \u00c9tats membres. Les obligations de mise en \u0153uvre de mesures de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de notification des cyberattaques seront alors \u00e9tendues \u00e0 beaucoup plus d'entreprises dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs. Rien qu'en Allemagne, le minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l'Int\u00e9rieur, en charge du dossier, estime qu'environ 29 500 entreprises suppl\u00e9mentaires seront tenues de mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les mesures \u00e9taient limit\u00e9es aux exploitants d'infrastructures critiques, aux fournisseurs de services num\u00e9riques et aux entreprises d'int\u00e9r\u00eat public particulier.<\/p><p>Il est d'ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 certain que la loi NIS-2 entrera en vigueur en Allemagne avec du retard. Le Bundesrat se penchera sur le projet de loi le 27 septembre. Il n'est certes pas tenu d'approuver la loi, mais selon le Tagesspiegel, il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait part de ses souhaits de modification. Le Bundestag pourrait alors se pencher sur la loi de mise en \u0153uvre du NIS-2 au plus t\u00f4t la deuxi\u00e8me semaine d'octobre.
