Consentement<\/h1>\n

Que signifie le consentement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

L'expression \"consentement\" de la personne concern\u00e9e d\u00e9signe toute manifestation de volont\u00e9, exprim\u00e9e librement pour un cas sp\u00e9cifique, en connaissance de cause et sans \u00e9quivoque, sous la forme d'une d\u00e9claration ou de tout autre acte confirmatif clair, par lequel la personne concern\u00e9e indique qu'elle consent au traitement des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel la concernant (article 4, point 11, du RGPD). La personne concern\u00e9e a le droit de r\u00e9voquer son consentement \u00e0 tout moment (article 7, paragraphe 3, premi\u00e8re phrase, du RGPD). Elle doit \u00eatre inform\u00e9e de cette possibilit\u00e9 avant de donner son consentement. En outre, la r\u00e9vocation du consentement doit \u00eatre aussi simple que l'octroi du consentement lui-m\u00eame (article 7, paragraphe 3, phrases 2 et 3 du RGPD).<\/p>\n
