What does copyright law mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The KUG or KunstUhG came into force on January 9, 1907 and was largely repealed on January 1, 1966. Only the part concerning the protection of likenesses, i.e. photographs, is still in force (so-called right to one's own image), in particular \u00a7\u00a7 22, 23 KUG. Otherwise, copyright is now regulated in the Copyright Act.<\/p>\n
