Commitment to confidentiality<\/h1>\n

What does confidentiality mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Neither the GDPR nor the BDSG contains an explicit provision for data controllers to oblige their employees to handle personal data confidentially. However, such an obligation arises indirectly from the combination of Art. 28 para. 3 sentence 2 lit. b), Art. 29 and Art. 32 para. 4 GDPR.<\/p>\n
