These measures should include the following where applicable:<\/p>\n<p>- the pseudonymization and encryption of personal data<\/p>\n<p>- the ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems and services related to the processing<\/p>\n<p>- the ability to quickly restore the availability of and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident<\/p>\n<p>- a process for regularly reviewing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the TOM to ensure the security of the processing.<\/p>\n<h2>Practical example<\/h2>\n<p>Technical and organizational measures play an important role in day-to-day business, for example when it comes to the protection and legally compliant processing of personal data.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TOM<\/p>\n<p>Art. 32 para. 1 GDPR requires appropriate technical and organizational measures (TOM) to ensure an adequate level of protection.
