Safe Harbor<\/h1>\n

What does Safe Harbor mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a predecessor instrument to the Privacy Shield, the Safe Harbor regulation was also considered an adequacy decision for the transfer of personal data to the USA. In its ruling of 6.10.2015 (case C-362\/14), the ECJ declared Safe Harbor invalid.<\/p>\n

Practical example<\/h2>\n
