This states that companies must always consider the potential risk to the data subjects when processing personal data and align their measures accordingly. The higher the risk associated with a particular data processing operation, the better security measures must be taken. It is not possible to achieve 1001TP3 security, which is why Art. 32 (1) GDPR, for example, also refers to suitable TOMs for an \"adequate level of protection\".<\/p>\n<h2>Practical example<\/h2>\n<p>When processing data, the company takes the principle of a risk-based approach into account by only collecting necessary data and providing transparent information about its use.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The GDPR contains the so-called risk-based approach.
