A) GDPR, any processing of personal data requires a legal basis. The most important ones can be found in Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR, for Art. 9 data in Art. 9 para. 2 GDPR and for employee data in Section 26 para. 1 BDSG.<\/p>\n<h2>Practical example<\/h2>\n<p>When processing data, the company observes the principle of legal bases by only collecting necessary data and providing transparent information about its use.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Due to the principle of lawfulness under Art. 5 para. 1 lit.
