Guidance documents, also known as guidelines, formulation aids, application notes, working papers or similar, are published by the supervisory authorities, the DSK, the EDPB or formerly also the Art. 29 Group, but also by various data protection institutions such as the GDD e. V., the BvD e. V., Bitkom or the Data Protection Foundation. Deloitte's GDPR Navigator offers a regularly updated online database that can be used free of charge to search for topics, organizations and\/or time periods.<\/p>\n
