What does mandatory reporting (data protection officer) mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In accordance with Art. 37 (7) GDPR, the controller (or processor) shall publish the contact details of the data protection officer and inform the supervisory authority of these. The data protection officer can regularly be notified via online reporting portals set up specifically for this purpose, which can be accessed via the websites of the data protection supervisory authorities (e.g. in North Rhine-Westphalia).<\/p>\n
