What does separate responsibility mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition to commissioned processing and joint responsibility, there is also separate responsibility. In such constellations, two or more controllers act separately to determine the purposes and means of processing. Examples of this are the sending of documents by post, the transmission of a bank transfer to the house bank, the completion of a tax return by the tax consultant (Section 11 (2) StBerG) or the appointment of a lawyer.<\/p>\n
