What does email marketing mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The sending of electronic advertising, also referred to as email marketing, may only take place with the prior consent of the recipient (Section 7 (2) No. 2 UWG). In individual cases, advertising may also be sent without consent as part of the exception for existing customers. In both cases, the recipient can decide at any time to no longer receive advertising in the future - in the first case by revoking consent, in the second by objecting.<\/p>\n
