What does third party mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The term \"third party\" refers to a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data (Art. 4 No. 10 GDPR). If unauthorized third parties have access to personal data, for example, this may constitute a reportable data breach in accordance with Art. 33, 34 GDPR.<\/p>\n
