What does documentation mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In accordance with Art. 5 para. 2 GDPR, the controller is responsible for compliance with the data protection principles pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 GDPR and must be able to demonstrate compliance (-> accountability). In this respect, the controller is required to document as much as possible in order to actually be able to provide suitable evidence. The central element of this documentation is the record of processing operations.<\/p>\n
