What does automated decision-making mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Data subjects have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them (Art. 22 (1) GDPR). Examples of such automated decision-making include automated data processing in the context of an online credit application or an online recruitment process without any human intervention (Recital 71 Sentence 1 GDPR).<\/p>\n
