Right to information<\/h1>\n

What does the right to information mean?<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Art. 15 (1) GDPR, data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. If this is the case, they have a right to information about this personal data and to certain additional information (Art. 15 para. 1 lit. a) to h) GDPR).<\/p>\n
