Creative freedom?
Maximum.
You will work directly on our customers' integrated risk and compliance solutions—not in an ivory tower. You will translate requirements into concrete Ailance solutions and see the impact of your work in daily use by customers.
You have a real influence on data models, workflows, and dashboards, and help shape how modern governance, risk, and compliance processes work in companies.
Responsibility?
From day one.
You manage your own customer projects, moderate workshops with specialist departments, and coordinate internal experts. You manage backlogs, priorities, and timelines, and ensure that requirements are turned into working solutions.
At the same time, you are part of a team that supports you—you bear responsibility without being left alone.
The ravages of time?
Integrated Risk & Compliance.
With Ailance, we are building a SaaS platform for integrated risk management, data protection, and compliance—including analytics and AI support. You will work on topics that are strategically crucial for companies.
Not only will you continue to develop customer solutions, you will also help shape the platform itself, putting you at the forefront of the future of integrated risk management.
As a Solution Consultant Integrated Risk (m/f/d), you will develop integrated risk and compliance solutions for our customers based on our SaaS platform Ailance. You understand the technical requirements and turn them into scalable, data-driven solutions—from the initial idea to ongoing operation.
You will analyze our customers' existing data protection, compliance, risk, and governance processes and structure their requirements. You will identify which data, processes, and roles need to be mapped in Ailance.
You will then design and configure customized Ailance solutions: data models, forms, digital workflows, role and rights concepts, as well as approval and escalation paths.
You will also develop meaningful dashboards and reports that enable customers to keep track of KPIs, risks, measures, and compliance status and manage their governance based on data.
In workshops, you moderate specialist areas such as data protection, compliance, risk management, information security, legal, and IT, and translate their language into clear, actionable solution concepts.
In addition, you will be responsible for technical project management: you will prioritize requirements, maintain the backlog, coordinate timelines, supervise tests and approvals, and ensure the quality of the delivered solution.
In addition, you will advise customers on which data should be linked, how APIs and system integrations can be used, and how data-driven decisions can be made securely and in compliance with regulations.
Finally, you empower customers to continue using Ailance independently: through training, demos, best practice guides, and joint reviews of their own configurations. You build long-term relationships and are the main technical contact for „your“ customers.
For the role of Solution Consultant Integrated Risk (m/f/d), you will bring the following with you:
First, you have a degree in business informatics, computer science, data analysis, economics, or a comparable field.
You also have professional experience in at least one of the following areas: business intelligence/data analytics, software implementation/solution consulting, or customer success/SaaS implementation—ideally with a focus on governance, risk, compliance, or data protection.
In addition, you have very good knowledge of SQL databases and a solid understanding of JSON structures. APIs, data models, and system integrations (e.g., REST APIs, ETL processes, identity/SSO) are no mystery to you.
In addition, you have experience in analyzing and digitizing business processes and can structure technical processes in such a way that they can be neatly translated into workflows and data models.
You can translate complex technical requirements into clear, practical software solutions—structured, comprehensible, and with scalability and maintainability in mind.
You also have a basic understanding of data protection, information security, and compliance, and are willing to delve deeper into integrated risk and GRC topics.
At the same time, you communicate clearly and in a manner appropriate to the audience—both with specialist departments and with technical contacts—and are able to prepare decisions well for the customer and support them with arguments.
Finally, you work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, take ownership of your customers and projects, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile; other languages are an advantage.
