Your tasks

Competent contact person: You provide our customers with helpful and competent technical support via various communication channels, including telephone, e-mail and chat.

Deepening specialist knowledge: You will build up an in-depth understanding of our software products, 2B Advice PrIME® and Ailance™, and keep this knowledge up to date at all times. Your comprehensive product knowledge will make you an expert for our customers, enabling you to provide them with the best possible support.

Support with software products: You will guide our customers through the installation, configuration and day-to-day use of our software solutions such as 2B Advice PrIME® and Ailance™. Your goal is to provide customers with a smooth and efficient experience with our products.

Proactive problem solving: When software problems arise, you will take an active role in analyzing and resolving errors, if necessary also in cooperation with other internal teams, such as Development.

Analysis and diagnosis: With your specialist knowledge, you analyze and diagnose software problems in order to show our customers precise and comprehensible solutions step by step. Your expertise enables you to communicate even complex issues in a simple way.

What you bring with you

Professional experience: Thanks to your experience in software support or a comparable position in technical support, you can also successfully master complex customer inquiries about our SaaS solution.

Analytical competence: Your ability to recognize and solve problems quickly and efficiently is testament to your analytical skills. You not only find solutions, but also enjoy continuously improving processes.

Communication talent: Your communication skills make it easy for you to contribute to the team and advise our customers competently. Your excellent command of English will help you to communicate easily with international customers - both verbally and in writing.

A degree in computer science, information technology or a similar field is a plus, but we know that true expertise can be acquired in many different ways. Therefore, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in this field is not a must for us.
