How to create a to-do in Ailance RoPA

By clearly distributing tasks within the team, Ailance RoPA optimizes workflows, improves responsibilities and enables a rapid response to changing compliance requirements.

The to-do function provides important support here. A to-do is essentially a task to be completed. To-dos contain information about the person responsible, the due date, the priority and other relevant details.

To create a to-do, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the to-do overview: To do this, click on "TO-DOS" in the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Click on "Add" (+Add) at the top of the task list.
  3. Enter the required data for the task.
  4. Click on "Create".
  5. Skip the recommended fields: In the Empty recommended fields dialog box, click Save and proceed.
  6. Enter further details.
  7. Click on "Save" (Save).
