Did you know that you can automate many tasks with Ailance? With our new workflows feature, you can automate background processes and ensure that actions are executed without manual intervention. Workflows can be triggered by specific events, such as the creation, update or deletion of data (elements). Or they can be scheduled so that they are executed at regular intervals (e.g. daily, weekly, annually). We will briefly show you how you can easily create a workflow in Ailance.
Create a workflow in Ailance
To design a workflow, proceed as follows:
- Open the workflow designer of the workflow you want to design by doing the following:
- Open the solution to which the workflow you want to design belongs.

- In the navigation bar of the solution, select "Workflows"

- Activate the checkbox next to the workflow you want to edit and click on "Design".

- Define the workflow type for new workflows by selecting the trigger (trigger):
- Click in the "Start configuring a trigger" field (Start by configuring a trigger box).
- Select the trigger type (trigger type) from.
- Define the trigger properties (trigger properties).
- Click on "Create" (Create)

- Define the further workflow steps by adding or deleting steps.
