Why should you or your team remember to create tasks? When an editing activity is marked as "to update", a task is created immediately. Workflows ensures that nothing is overlooked so you can focus on strategic initiatives.
- Compliance checks on autopilot
Compliance is critical in organizations, but it doesn't have to be complicated. Every time a processing activity is changed, Workflows updates your status to "Compliance check required". This automatic trigger allows you to stay on top of compliance requirements without having to constantly monitor changes yourself.
- Sensitive data? No problem!
Managing special categories of data is now even easier. Select these categories and Workflows will automatically initiate a preliminary data protection impact assessment. This built-in security feature ensures that sensitive data is handled with the necessary care, so you don't have to worry about missing an important step.
- Changes of purpose? We take care of it
Changes to the processing purpose can be critical, but manual tracking is now a thing of the past. Workflows automatically changes the status of the processing activity to "compliance check required" when a purpose is changed. Your RoPA stays in line with compliance requirements without additional effort for your team.
- DSFA: Creation as required
There is no longer any doubt as to when a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) must begin. When a DPIA is required, it is automatically generated by workflows. Thanks to this seamless integration, you are always one step ahead and the assessments are immediately available when needed.
- Pre-approval? Already done
Managing approvals is now a breeze. Once validation is marked as "Required", Workflows does the rest. You automatically mark "Pre-approval required" and define the required data. This keeps your records accurate and compliant.
- Intelligent DPO integration
Why waste time manually tracking legal requirements? If your organization has more than 10 employees in Germany, Workflows automatically creates a task for the responsible person to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). It's as simple as that - Workflows takes care of the details, so your DPO is deployed when needed and can focus on the essentials.
