Version 5.5. of 2B Advice PrIME
from D. Zier
2B Advice PrIME 5.5 provides the 1,500 license holders with a complete list of all possible data protection management measures, which users can prioritize and work through for their own company.
2B Advice PrIME 5.5 opens up the following possibilities:
- gain an insight into what other companies are doing in data protection
- Identify and close gaps in your own data protection system
- demonstrate to the data protection organization and management the status of and changes to its own data protection management system and demonstrate the effects of changed framework conditions and successes
- provide qualitative evidence for each individual measure that it has been implemented in the company
- always keep track of how data protection is developing in the company and how changes in the legal framework are affecting it
In addition to Windows 10 support, other improvements include optimizations in the user interface and adaptations to the Safe Harbor ruling and the upcoming Privacy Shield. There is also a completely new reporting engine, which now generates native Word, Excel or PDF documents and allows users to configure all reporting templates themselves, determine the content and layout of the reports themselves and customize the display of graphical elements. This makes 2B Advice PrIME even more flexible in its application and use.
The enhancements to 2B Advice PrIME 5.5 are the result of 2B Advice's daily consulting practice and a wide range of customer requests. "Our aim is to support the wide range of data protection management tasks in the company across the board and to continue to optimize them," says Hans Joachim Bickenbach, Managing Director Sales at 2B Advice.
2B Advice PrIME (Privacy Inventory, Management & Education) can map all data protection processes in companies of all sizes and industries. From the creation of the procedure directory to the monitoring of data processing; from the auditing of procedures to the training of employees. With 2B Advice PrIME, more than 50,000 data protection training courses and online assessments are carried out every year.
